الشروط والأحكام – فنادق ومنتجعات أرجان بارك

يرجى قراءة السياسات التالية بعناية، حيث تختلف بعض الشروط حسب نوع الحجز (فندق / منتجع / قاعة مناسبات). عند تأكيد الحجز، فإن العميل يقر ويوافق على جميع ما يلي:



أولًا: فنادق أرجان بارك

🕒 مواعيد الدخول والمغادرة:

  • موعد الدخول: الساعة 04:00 مساءً

  • موعد المغادرة: الساعة 02:00 ظهرًا

💵 مبلغ التأمين:

  • لا يُطلب تأمين نقدي عند حجز الفندق (ما لم يُطلب حسب تقييم الحالة).

🧾 سياسات عامة:

  • يسمح بالدخول المبكر أو المغادرة المتأخرة حسب التوفر وبتكلفة إضافية.

  • الفندق غير مسؤول عن الأمتعة أو الأغراض المفقودة.

  • التأخير في الخروج بدون تنسيق يتم احتسابه كليلة إضافية.

  • يُمنع اصطحاب الحيوانات، ويُمنع إحضار أي مواد ممنوعة.



ثانيًا: منتجعات أرجان بارك

🕒 مواعيد الدخول والمغادرة:

  • موعد الدخول: الساعة 01:00 ظهرًا

  • موعد المغادرة: الساعة 07:00 صباحًا في اليوم التالي

💵 مبلغ التأمين:

  • مبلغ تأمين 1000 ريال سعودي يُدفع عند الوصول (كاش أو شبكة).

  • يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 24 ساعة من تسجيل المغادرة عبر التحويل البنكي بعد التأكد من:

    • سلامة الوحدة.

    • عدم وجود تلفيات أو مخالفات.

    • الالتزام بمواعيد الدخول والخروج.

🔇 الصوت والموسيقى:

  • يجب خفض صوت الموسيقى أو إيقافها تمامًا إذا طُلب من الضيف من قِبل إدارة المنتجع أو الأمن حفاظًا على راحة الضيوف الآخرين.

  • في حال عدم الالتزام، يحق للمنتجع اتخاذ إجراءات مثل الإنذار أو خصم من التأمين.

🧾 سياسات عامة:

  • يُمنع اصطحاب الحيوانات.

  • المحافظة على نظافة المسبح والمكان.

  • أي تلف في المحتويات يتحمل العميل تكلفته بالكامل.

  • وجود أطفال يتطلب حجز وحدة ذات سياج أمان حول المسبح.

  • يمنع دخول أو استخدام المواد الممنوعة.



ثالثًا: القاعة (قاعة المناسبات)

🕒 أوقات الاستخدام:

  • الدخول: من الساعة 01:00 ظهرًا

  • الخروج: الساعة 04:00 فجرًا في اليوم التالي

💵 التأمين:

  • حسب الاتفاق، أو ضمن تأمين المنتجع في حال كانت القاعة ضمن الحجز.

🔇 الصوت والضبط:

  • يُطلب من المستخدمين الالتزام بخفض الصوت بعد منتصف الليل، خاصة في المساحات المفتوحة أو الخارجية.

  • يمنع استخدام مكبرات الصوت خارج القاعة إلا بتصريح.



سياسة الإلغاء والتعديل والاسترداد – فنادق ومنتجعات أرجان بارك

🔁 الإلغاء قبل موعد الوصول:

  • إذا تم الإلغاء قبل أكثر من 48 ساعة من موعد الوصول، يتم استرداد كامل المبلغ المدفوع.

  • إذا تم الإلغاء خلال 24 إلى 48 ساعة قبل موعد الوصول، يتم خصم 50% من قيمة الليلة الأولى كرسوم إلغاء.

  • بالنسبة للحجوزات من خلال مواقع الحجز الخارجية (مثل Booking، Agoda، Airbnb، Expedia، Gathern، المسافر، جاذران، المطار، رحلات، Wego، أو غيرها)، يجب إتمام الإلغاء من خلال نفس المنصة التي تم الحجز عن طريقها.

❌ الإلغاء في نفس يوم الوصول:

  • يتم خصم 100% من قيمة الليلة الأولى.

  • يتم استرداد أي مبالغ متبقية في حال كانت مدة الحجز أكثر من ليلة.

  • الحجوزات عبر المنصات الخارجية يتم إلغاؤها من نفس المنصة المحجوز منها.

🚫 عدم الحضور (No Show):

  • في حال عدم الحضور وعدم الإلغاء المسبق، يتم خصم كامل قيمة الحجز ولا يتم استرداد أي مبلغ.

✏️ تعديل الحجز:

  • يمكن تعديل الحجز مرة واحدة مجانًا إذا تم طلب التعديل قبل أكثر من 48 ساعة من موعد الوصول.

  • التعديلات التي تتم خلال 48 ساعة من موعد الوصول تخضع لرسوم بنسبة 20% من قيمة الحجز.

  • الحجوزات التي تمت عبر المنصات الخارجية، يجب تعديلها من نفس الموقع المحجوز منه.

💸 إجراءات الاسترداد:

  • يتم رد المبلغ المستحق خلال 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ الموافقة على الإلغاء.

  • يتم الاسترداد عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الحجز.

    • في حال الدفع نقدًا، يتم الاسترداد عن طريق التحويل البنكي.

  • الحجوزات من خلال مواقع الحجز يتم استرداد المبلغ من خلال نفس المنصة التي تم الحجز منها.

🏦 الرسوم البنكية والتحويلات:

  • يتحمل العميل أي رسوم بنكية أو عمولات تحويل يتم خصمها من المبلغ المسترد.

  • يتم التحويل إلى نفس الحساب البنكي الذي تم استخدامه في الدفع، وفي حال طلب التحويل إلى حساب مختلف، قد يُطلب تقديم وثائق إضافية.










Terms & Conditions – Arjan Park Hotels & Resorts

Please read the following policies carefully. Terms vary depending on the type of reservation (Hotel / Resort / Event Hall). By confirming the booking, the guest agrees to all the terms below:



1. Arjan Park Hotels

🕒 Check-in & Check-out Times:

  • Check-in: 04:00 PM

  • Check-out: 02:00 PM

💵 Security Deposit:

  • No deposit is required for hotel bookings (unless requested based on the case).

🧾 General Policies:

  • Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability with additional charges.

  • The hotel is not responsible for lost luggage or personal items.

  • Unapproved late check-out will be charged as an additional night.

  • Pets and prohibited items are not allowed.



2. Arjan Park Resorts

🕒 Check-in & Check-out Times:

  • Check-in: 01:00 PM

  • Check-out: 07:00 AM the next day

💵 Security Deposit:

  • A SAR 1,000 deposit is required upon arrival (cash or card).

  • The deposit is refunded within 24 hours via bank transfer, after confirming:

    • The unit is in good condition.

    • No damages or violations.

    • Guest checked out on time.

🔇 Music & Sound Policy:

  • Music volume must be reduced or turned off if requested by management or security to ensure the comfort of other guests.

  • Failure to comply may result in warnings or deductions from the security deposit.

🧾 General Policies:

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Guests must maintain pool cleanliness and respect the resort facilities.

  • Any damage to the unit or its contents is fully charged to the guest.

  • Guests with children must book a unit with a safety fence around the pool or request a change if available.

  • Prohibited items are strictly forbidden.



3. Event Hall

🕒 Usage Times:

  • Entry: From 01:00 PM

  • Exit: By 04:00 AM the following day

💵 Security Deposit:

  • As per agreement or covered under the resort's deposit if part of a combined booking.

🔇 Sound Restrictions:

  • Guests must reduce volume after midnight, especially in outdoor areas.

  • Loudspeakers are not allowed outside the hall without permission.

Cancellation, Modification & Refund Policy – Arjan Park Hotels & Resorts

🔁 Cancellation Before Check-in:

  • If cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time, a full refund will be issued.

  • If cancellation is made within 24–48 hours before check-in, a 50% cancellation fee of the first night's rate will be applied.

  • For bookings made through third-party platforms (such as Booking, Agoda, Airbnb, Expedia, Gathern, Almosafer, Jathran, Airport, Rehlat, Wego, or others), cancellations must be done directly through the platform used.

❌ Same-Day Cancellation:

  • A 100% fee of the first night will be charged.

  • Any remaining balance for multi-night bookings will be refunded.

  • For bookings made through third-party platforms, cancellation must be completed via the original platform.

🚫 No-Show:

  • In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.

✏️ Reservation Modification:

  • One free modification is allowed if requested more than 48 hours before check-in.

  • Modifications made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a 20% modification fee based on the booking amount.

  • For third-party bookings, modifications must be done through the original booking platform.

💸 Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of booking.

    • For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

  • Bookings made through third-party platforms will be refunded according to the policies of the respective platform.

🏦 Bank Charges:

  • Any bank fees or transaction charges are the responsibility of the guest.

  • Refunds will be transferred to the same bank account used for payment. If the guest requests a different account, additional documentation may be required.
